Airline or Airport Guest Pass Qualification
The GAD Guest Programme offers a complimentary pass for select job functions at airlines, airports, and government agencies. Each company is eligible for one free guest pass, subject to availability and qualification. Applications must be submitted using a company email address.
Eligible Company Types & Job Titles:
- • Airport & Airport Authority Executives – CEOs or CFOs representing a specific airport or authority
- • Airline Representatives – Responsible for Infrastructure, Properties, Airport Relations, or Network (Engineering and maintenance roles do not qualify)
- • Government Officials – Representatives from aviation, finance, PPP, and transport departments, including the Department of Transport (DoT), City Mayors, and City Managers responsible for airport management
- • National Civil Aviation Authority Representatives
